Vertical City is designed as a local-only game. This privacy policy describes the data behavior of Vertical City Version 1.0 as currently implemented.
Vertical City does not collect personal information from you.
Vertical City does not require an account, does not use advertising, does not use analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not transmit gameplay data to developer servers.
Your game progress is stored locally on your device using the app's local storage.
Vertical City does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, address, location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, camera data, health data, payment information, or other identifying information.
Vertical City creates local gameplay data needed to run the game, such as your tower layout, simulated residents, simulation progress, cash balance, expenses, messages, and historical game statistics. This gameplay data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to Cascade Interactive servers.
Vertical City saves game progress locally within the app's storage area on your device.
Deleting the app may delete your local Vertical City game progress, subject to normal iOS and iPadOS behavior.
Vertical City does not require or provide a user account system.
Vertical City does not currently use developer servers, account servers, cloud sync, iCloud, Game Center, or external backend services.
Vertical City does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking SDKs, telemetry SDKs, or developer-operated crash reporting SDKs.
Vertical City does not track you across apps or websites.
Vertical City does not currently request access to camera, microphone, photos, contacts, calendars, location, health data, motion data, Bluetooth, or similar privacy-sensitive device permissions.
Vertical City does not currently integrate third-party SDKs or third-party services that collect data from the app.
Vertical City does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
If Vertical City's data practices change in a future version, this privacy policy and App Store privacy disclosures should be updated before that version is released.
